Short version: we’re an author website with a contact form. We are not interested in your data, your habits, or your browsing history. We are interested in selling you two books.
What we collect
If you fill in the fan-mail form, we collect the name, email address and message you type into it. That’s it. We collect this so Buckland can read your message and reply.
How we use it
Your message is sent to the author’s inbox by email (via Resend, our email delivery provider) and protected from spam bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. We use your details only to reply to you. We don’t sell them, rent them, or add you to any mailing list, because we don’t have one.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam widget may set its own technical cookie purely to tell humans from robots.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The fan-mail form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam) and Resend (email delivery). The “Buy” buttons take you to Amazon and Waterstones, who have their own privacy policies.

Want a copy of, or the deletion of, any message you sent us? Just ask via the form and we’ll sort it out.
